Interior design style / aesthetic

This home reflects a modern ranch style, blending clean lines and open living with warm, rustic touches. The design features a striking stone fireplace that echoes the same natural stone used on the exterior, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor elements. Wooden accents throughout—ranging from exposed beams on cathedral ceiling to custom cabinetry—add warmth and character, balancing modern simplicity with timeless materials for a grounded, welcoming aesthetic.

Color scheme

This home features a calming palette of soft blues and blue-greens throughout, creating a fresh, airy, and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtful color placement enhances the sense of tranquility in each room, while the sunroom offers a cheerful contrast with its warm yellow tones, infusing the space with light.
