Our Process
At Studio E Designs, we believe that a collaborative process is integral to the success of any interior design project. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are included in each phase of the design process (to the extent that they wish to be) and it’s one of the reasons why our clients are so happy with the final results in their home.
Every project is unique and each space is different, but at the core of it all is our process. Our goal is to create spaces that suit your needs, reflect your personal style, and express who you are.
Phase 1
CONSULTATION
We will begin with an in-home design consultation, which is typically a 1.5 to 2-hour on-site meeting. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, and the scope of the project, discuss your vision and answer your questions. We'll discuss timing and budget so that we can provide a design proposal for your approval.
Phase 2
Design
Once the design proposal is approved, we will start working on the design concept for your project, which will include: the overall style, color scheme, detailed plans, elevations, furniture layout, fabrics, finishes, and accessories. We will prepare samples for you to see, touch, and feel at subsequent meetings.
Phase 3
Implementation
After the Client has approved the final design we will coordinate shipping and delivery of all items that are purchased through us. We will work side by side with your Builder/Contractor to collaborate and work together to deliver your project. This will include multiple trips to the project site to ensure the design intent/ details are completed as envisioned.

We typically come back to clients with layouts and materials selections within a few weeks.

Pricing varies by project.
On large projects, we charge a fixed design fee, paid in installments, and a procurement fee if we’re placing and managing orders.
On smaller projects, where procurement is typically not part of the scope, we bill hourly.
